Checkout

Setup required: add createOrderEndpoint. The server endpoint must look up product IDs and prices on the server, calculate trusted totals, create the PayPal order with server-side credentials, and return { id }.

Security note: client prices and subtotal are for display only and are never trusted for payment creation. Checkout sends only product IDs and quantities (plus optional display metadata). Your server must resolve pricing and create the PayPal order, then return { id }.
